FROM SOUTH (Windsor, Hartford areas) ON Rt. 91

Take exit 47E. You will merge onto Rte. 190, Hazard Avenue (you’ll see Staples , Office Depot, Barnes and Noble ). Drive 8/10 of a mile and see Family Ford on your left. The next light is Palomba Drive.You will see Rite Aid kitty cornered to the left.  Stay in the left lane and take a left onto Palomba drive, you will see Big Y on your right hand side. You are going to drive to the stop sign. Our office is on the left. Take that left and another immediate left into our parking lot. We are the L shaped building with a white railing and a light in the window. Enter the door under the Health Choice Plus sign.

FROM NORTH (Springfield, Northampton, Vermont) ON Rt. 91

Take exit 47E. You will merge onto Rte. 190, Hazard Avenue (you’ll see Staples, Office Depot, Barnes and Noble). Drive 8/10 of a mile and see Family Ford on your left. The next light is Palomba Drive and you will see Rite Aid kitty cornered to the left. Take that left onto Palomba. Stay in the left lane and drive to the stop sign. Big Y will be to you right and our office is on the left. Take that left and another immediate left into our parking lot. We are the L shaped building with a white railing and a light in the window. Enter the door under the EPC sign. Enter the door under the Health Choice Plus sign.

FROM THE WEST via Rte. 84 to HARTFORD

Take Rte. 84 East to Rte. 91 North. Take exit 47E. You will merge onto Rte. 190, Hazard Avenue (you’ll see Staples, Office Max, Barnes and Noble). Drive 8/10 of a mile and see Enfield Ford on your left. The next light is Palomba Drive. Take that left onto Palomba. Stay in the left lane and drive to the stop sign. There will be a Rite Aid and Big Y on your right. Our office is on the left. Take that left and another immediate left into our parking lot. FROM THE WEST via MASS PIKE to HOLYOKE

Take the Mass Pike East to exit 4. Take Rte. 91 South towards Springfield. Follow Rte. 91 through Massachusetts and into Connecticut. Once in CT, take exit 47E. You will merge onto Rte. 190, Hazard Avenue (you’ll see Staples, Office Depot, Barnes and Noble). Drive 8/10 of a mile and see Family Ford on your left. The next light is Palomba Drive. Take that left onto Palomba. Stay in the left lane and drive to the stop sign. There will be a Rite Aid and Big Y on your right.  Our office is on the left. FROM THE EAST via MASS PIKE to SPRINGFIELD

Take the Mass Pike West to exit 6. Turn left onto Rte. 291 West, towards Hartford, CT. Follow 291 to Rte. 91 South. Follow Rte. 91 through Massachusetts and into Connecticut. FROM THE EAST via Rte. 84 to HARTFORD

Take Rte. 84 West to Hartford and merge onto Rte. 91 North. Take exit 47E from Rte. 91 North. You will merge onto Rte. 190, Hazard Avenue (you’ll see Staples, Office Max, Barnes and Noble). FROM BRADLEY INT’L AIRPORT IN WINDSOR LOCKS

Take Rte. 20 to 91 North. Once on 91 North, get off at Exit 47E. You will merge onto Rte. 190, Hazard Avenue (you’ll see Staples, Office Depot, Barnes and Noble).
